The boring, but important stuff

TourFlow is a SaaS platform that helps artists collect, organize, and repurpose fan-shot concert content. Post your show's upload link on your IG story or any social where your fans are active, and they send their videos and photos straight to you. No app, no account. Everything lands in your dashboard sorted by night, ready to download for reels, recaps, and tour marketing, along with contact info from your most engaged fans. Never-ending content, straight from the crowd (in-house editing suite coming soon!)

FAQs

FAQs

How do fans actually send me their videos?

Every show gets its own upload link. Post it on your IG story during or after the set, keep it in your bio, or text it to your list. Fans tap it, pick clips from their camera roll, and upload. No app, no account, no cost to them, and everything lands in your dashboard sorted by that specific night. Full walkthrough on the Concert video upload link page.

What does it cost?

Free covers up to 3 active shows, with uploads stored for 30 days. Pro is $20/mo for unlimited shows, unlimited downloads, a full year of storage, and fan contact export. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, no card required, and the clock only starts when your first fan upload arrives. Launch deal: the first 50 artists lock in $20/mo for the lifetime of their subscription. See the Pricing page for the full comparison. Fun fact! 1% of all TourFlow revenue goes to a grant to an elected small artist at the end of the year.

What do I do with all the footage?

One night becomes weeks of posts: recap reels, song-by-song clips, tour announcements, and ads, all from angles you could never shoot yourself. You also get contact info from the fans who filmed, so the same show that fills your content calendar grows the email list you own. The Tour marketing platform and Fan engagement pages break down both sides.
